We've put together this list for you our valued customer to make your shopping experience fast, easy, friendly, and most of all, fun.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we look forward to serving you!

Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail within the US and Canada.  Express shipping is only available within the US.  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days *NOT APPLICABLE 7/29 - 8/10/15

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days *NOT AVAILABLE 7/29 - 8/10/15

We're sorry, but we do not have the ability to arrange pick up of items, all items are shipped.

If something goes wrong with your order or with the shipping, here are our Return Policies to help you.

2. Once we receive your email, we'll send you a confirmation with further instructions, including return mailing information, if it is needed.

3. Once we've received your returned products, we will email you regarding the status of your replacement products or your refund. Your refund will be for the cost of the item less shipping and handling and applied to the method you made your payment. Please note that it may take 1-2 monthly cycles (depending on your credit card company) to post to your account.

We will be happy to resend the order or items that were not received. We do not refund for items never received or shipping costs. (21 days is the earliest the USPS will process a claim for an insured package. Visit for details.)
