Berry Yogurt Shake

Berry Yogurt Shake
 
For 4 people 
 
Recipe
 
2 Lite berry flavored yogurts
2 Cups skim milk
1 Frozen banana, peeled and cut into pieces
2 Cups blueberries
 
 
Puree everything in a blender and serve in frosted glasses.
Add artificial sweetener if so desired.

Tip: The best way to freeze bananas is to peel them, cut them, and freeze on baking sheets. Then store frozen banana pieces in a zip lock freezer bag until ready to use. If you freeze them with the skin on it will be hard to peel the icy cold bananas.
