Louis' Dance Blast ~ Louis Van Amstel (6:30 PM)
Louis van Amstel from Dancing with the Stars teaching a class focused on ballroom dancing, but it is completely partner free! This is an amazingly fun, cardio workout, which includes all high energy Latin dances such as the Cha Cha, Salsa, Jive, and also incorporates the Quickstep, Lindy Hop and Disco. Every class includes at least three dances. Don’t worry if you’ve never danced before, or haven’t danced in years … this is a class for all levels!
 
Louis' class is not a part of the standard Slimmons schedule.  His class rates are as follows:
