Sweat Plus! ~Anne (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
This is a complete fitness program. Cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training comprise this three times weekly class. Each day is a little different in structure and format. Informal discussion as well as information regarding topics of interest to all.

Are you ready to challenge yourself with an empowering, high-intensity workout that delivers lean-body toning, mind-boosting focus and even some fun? SQUEEZE takes the key benefits of today’s most practiced fitness disciplines and squeezes them into a single, super-convenient workout. This fast-paced, head-to-toe workout includes: Pilates, Yoga, Power-Ballet and Isometric and Resistance Training, as well as a killer arm set, some tenacious leg and bun work, and specific abdominal ”target” techniques.

Project Me! Richard Simmons (10:30 AM - 11:15 AM)
A dynamic group discussion class, which works with the FoodMover and includes motivation and support for weight management. Richard provides motivation as only Richard can do, and he does it whenever he's in town. (please note that this is a 45 minute class)

This class is for everyone! Richard Simmons teaching the ultimate workout to a multi-level group of students! When he's in town, Richard teaches: Tuesday evening at 6:30pm, Thursday evening at 6:30pm and Saturday morning at 11:15am
